The Thrift Store Warehouse Associate is a key member of the South Thrift Store team. This role is centered on helping donors with their donations in the store, assisting the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with inventory management, and lending a hand to other store staff as needed. This position is part time and involves working four days per week from 10 AM - 4 PM with rotating Saturdays.

Primary responsibilities are providing support for individuals receiving help for chemical dependency, mental health, and offender rehabilitation while they participate in a Christian, faith-based recovery program.
The Shelter Supervisor plays a key role in providing direct care and service to guests. Major components of the position consist of guest intake and engagement, as well as ensuring the security and safety of guests, visitors, and staff. This position could be full time or part time and involves working a combination of shifts from 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM, with rotating weekends. Students in criminal justice, sociology, social work or related field are encouraged to apply. Starting wage is $20 per hour. In addition, you may earn a monthly bonus of up to $1 per hour based on predetermined performance goals.

Students in criminal justice, sociology, social work or related field are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Genesis Recovery Program. Major components of the role consist of Christian discipleship; faith-based recovery programming; guest oversight; coordination of guest care with case management staff; security and safety of guests, visitors and other staff; building maintenance and sanitation; and occasional volunteer management. This position is full time and involves working Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Starting wage is $19 per hour. Meals provided.
The Donor Relations Manager identifies, cultivates, and asks for financial support by developing and maintaining relationships with individuals and corporations. This is accomplished through in-person visits and other forms of direct personal contact in accordance with performance targets set.
