The Clothing Production Supervisor plays a key role in the operation of the Thrift Store. Major components of the role include sorting through all incoming clothing donations, assessing quality and determining the demand on gently used clothing and accessories, ensuring quality products are placed on the sales floor with accurate prices, and helping to make the store a fun, inviting, and top-quality place to shop. Starting wage is $17 per hour.

The Recovery Ministry Advocate is a key part of a team that supports individuals receiving care for chemical dependency, mental health, and offender rehabilitation. Students in criminal justice, sociology, social work or related field are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Genesis Recovery Program. Major components of the role consist of Christian discipleship; faith-based recovery programming; guest oversight; coordination of guest care with case management staff; security and safety of guests, visitors and other staff; building maintenance and sanitation; and occasional volunteer management. Meals provided. Starting wage is $17 per hour.
