The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring bric-a-brac donations (small decorative objects with ornamental or sentimental value) are sorted, priced, and stocked in order to provide a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but are not limited to: excellent customer service, cash-handling, and processing donated goods (sorting, pricing and stocking).
The Shelter Supervisor plays a key role in providing direct care and service to guests, as well as overseeing the shelter. Major components of the position consist of guest intake and engagement, as well as ensuring the security and safety of guests, visitors, and staff. Starting wage is $19 per hour with the potential for a dollar-per-hour wage increase after the first month of employment.

Primary responsibilities of this role involve properly preparing meals and serving them in a timely manner. This position also includes oversight of staff, volunteers, and shelter guests working in the kitchen and dining hall.
The Thrift Store Sales Associate / Sorter is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the store, maintaining a clean, well-organized, and stocked sales floor, fast, friendly, and accurate processing of purchases, and assisting in other areas of the store and warehouse as needed. This position will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but are not limited to: excellent customer service, cash-handling, and processing donated goods (sorting, pricing and stocking).

The Recovery Ministry Advocate is a key part of a team that supports individuals receiving care for chemical dependency, mental health, and offender rehabilitation. Students in criminal justice, sociology, social work or related field are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Genesis Recovery Program. Major components of the role consist of Christian discipleship; faith-based recovery programming; guest oversight; coordination of guest care with case management staff; security and safety of guests, visitors and other staff; building maintenance and sanitation; and occasional volunteer management.
