The Clothing Pricing & Production Lead plays a key role in the operation of the Thrift Store. Primary responsibilities involve sorting clothing donations, assessing product quality, and determining the demand on gently used clothing and accessories. Major components of the position involve placing high-quality products on the sales floor with accurate pricing and helping to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position is full time and involves working Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 6 PM. Starting wage is $17 per hour.
The Shelter Supervisor plays a key role in providing direct care and service to guests. Major components of the position consist of guest intake and engagement, as well as ensuring the security and safety of guests, visitors, and staff. This position could be full time or part time and involves working a combination of shifts from 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM, with rotating weekends. Starting wage is $20 per hour. In addition, you may earn a monthly bonus of up to $1 per hour based on predetermined performance goals.
The Thrift Store Sales Associate / Sorter is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers at the South Thrift Store. This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the store, maintaining a clean, well-organized, and stocked sales floor, fast, friendly, and accurate processing of purchases, and assisting in other areas of the store and warehouse as needed. The Thrift Store Sales Associate / Sorter will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but are not limited to: excellent customer service, cash-handling, and processing donated goods (sorting, pricing and stocking). This position is part time and involves working 10-16 hours per week from 3 PM - 7 PM or 4 PM - 7 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Starting wage is $15 per hour.
