The primary responsibility of the Program Director is to provide direct oversight for our various programs and services offered to those experiencing homelessness including whom we serve, how long, and the intended inputs and outcomes. The Program Director is also responsible for leading a team with the intent of meeting guests' needs and helping men who are homeless and hurting move from merely surviving to truly thriving.

Shelter Supervisor
Full Time or Part Time

The Shelter Supervisor plays a key role in providing direct care and service to guests. Major components of the position consist of guest intake and engagement, as well as ensuring the security and safety of guests, visitors, and staff. This position could be full time or part time and involves working a combination of shifts from 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM, with rotating weekends. Starting wage is $20 per hour. In addition, you may earn a monthly bonus of up to $1 per hour based on predetermined performance goals.

Maintenance Associate
Full Time or Part Time

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of New Life Center’s facilities. Primary responsibilities include performing general and preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as scheduled routine cleaning in and around the building and grounds as directed by the facilities manager. This also includes working with the facilities manager in a supportive role for larger projects. This position has a flexible schedule with a starting wage of $18 per hour.

South Thrift Store Lead Sales Associate / Sorter
Full Time

The Lead Sales Associate / Sorter is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the store, maintaining a clean, well-organized, and stocked sales floor, fast, friendly, and accurate processing of purchases, and assisting in other areas of the store and warehouse as needed. This position will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but are not limited to: excellent customer service, cash-handling, and processing donated goods (sorting, pricing and stocking). This position is full time and involves working a combination of shifts from 8 AM - 4:30 PM and 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM with rotating Saturdays.

Recovery Ministry Case Manager

The primary responsibility of the Recovery Ministry Case Manager is to provide direct case management services and spiritual care to guests in New Life Center's Genesis Recovery Program. Key elements of the position involve relapse prevention counseling, accountability, relationship building, and supporting men through their recovery journey.

South Thrift Store Warehouse Associate
Part Time

The Thrift Store Warehouse Associate is a key member of the South Thrift Store team. This role is centered on helping donors with their donations at the store and on the truck, assisting the Lead Warehouse Associate with inventory management, and lending a hand to other store staff as needed. This position is part time and involves working four days per week from 10 AM - 4 PM with rotating Saturdays. Starting wage is $15 per hour.
