Primary responsibilities are the oversight of all aspects of New Life Center Overflow Staff. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Overflow Site Supervision (resident intake and oversight, security and safety of residents, visitors and other staff, physical-plant operation and safety, and occasional volunteer engagement), major components of the Overflow Site Supervisor role include providing encouragement and training for staff; monitor, report, initiate and follow-up on corrective actions in regards to a safe and clean environment and premise; provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to supervisor with overall status updates, and assist in hiring process of other Overflow Staff openings. Salary range $35,500 - $38,500 depending on experience.

Reporting to the Thrift Store Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the store; maintaining a clean, well-organized, well-stocked sales floor; locating desired items on the sales floor; fast, friendly and accurate processing of purchases; assisting in other areas of the store and warehouse, as needed. The thrift store sales associate / sorter will be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but not limited to: providing excellent customer service, cash-handling procedures, processing donated goods(sorting, pricing and stocking).
